Lamont Rucks is the senior events manager for the Center for Advancing Opportunity (CAO).
After graduating from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 2013 Lamont joined TMCF and has served on the Revenue & Finance, Development, and Marketing divisions, where he now plans, implements, and ensures successful execution of a variety of Center for Advancing Opportunity (CAO) events.

Before joining CAO, Rucks gained his early professional experience while serving as a Wildlife Services Financial intern for the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) and as a business management intern at the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). He has a passion for giving back and helping students obtain a college education as a result of receiving several scholarships and internships himself throughout his academic career.
